In this situation, I was supporting the client's social media and marketing presence which allowed me to see their system needs. This client was working hard, but not always as “smart” or efficient as could be due to antiquated systems or those requiring the owners to do tasks that could be done by a system automatically or empower staff to take on a task if it was appropriately defined. I am currently working with them to bring in systems to consolidate functions and save approximately 4-6 hrs weekly, as well as bring in new customers by adding marketing channels.
