Scientific Societies is a management company for 7 national and international associations with a combined membership of approximately 14.5k. As Director of Education at Scientific Societies I established a training department to manage training initiatives for 7 scientifically based associations, as well as the internal staff. To accomplish this, I first pulled together a training team and then analyzed each association’s needs, as well as those of my team and SciSoc staff.
