Elearning

Elearning can be an incredibly effective learning solution, depending on the need, and typically best served as a component of a blended solution. Training that doesn’t change much, such as compliance, is ideal for elearning but their are many other scenarios where it’s the right treatment as well. Some of the benefits include it’s ability to be engaging through the use of video, games, animation, audio or similar. It is also highly scalable meaning no need to put your training team on an airplane.

Communication Counts

This client wanted to work with their teams on effective communication. To do this, I worked with the client on gathering realistic scenarios that would represent their environment and situations. Each response mapped to a response that would elicit further study on the topic. My role: analysis, PM, instructional design, development, and client success. Tool: Articulate Storyline

Stages of Hiring Game

This organization was challenged to consistently bring in talent that met the needs of the role. Through gamification we were able to walk the HR team through the necessary steps in the hiring process - choosing candidates, interviewing, follow up calls to references, and then finally the offer… but will the candidate accept? Won a place at the national DevLearn DemoFest contest where we were awarded entry with only 3 others in our category. My role: client succes, analysis, PM, instructional design coaching. Data Privacy

Data security is critical in every organization. In this course we kept it fun by starting with a news report of a data leak in a local manufacturing plant where an investigator was brought in to discover the leak. The game includes three scenarios with a differing game format. My role: analysis, instructional design coaching, PM, QA. Tools: Articulate Storyline
